On November 28, Fan Shunke, deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Non-Ferrous Metal Industry Association and Chairman of China Non-Ferrous Metal Processing Industry Association, Jin Haiming, deputy Secretary-general of China Non-ferrous Metal Processing Association and Hu Liang, director of copper Industry Department visited Shaanxi Siriui Advanced Material Co., LTD.      Shaanxi Sirui Advanced Material Co., LTD., founded in 1995, has been focusing on the development and manufacturing of copper based materials for more than 20 years. At present, the company has more than 1,000 sets of r&d, manufacturing and testing equipment, including a variety of vacuum furnace and other materials synthesis manufacturing equipment, a variety of precision processing equipment. The company's products are widely used in high and medium voltage power switches, rail transit motors, new energy vehicles, high-end medical equipment, mold manufacturing, iron and steel metallurgy mold, the new generation of electronic information industry and other fields. At present, Sirui Advanced Materials has made remarkable achievements in the three main sectors of electric power, rail transit and strategic new materials.      In the power sector, Sirui has become the world's largest research and development and manufacturing base of electrical contact materials for medium and high voltage switches (10 kv ~ 1 million v), and has built production lines for materials such as vacuum melt infiltration, vacuum fusion casting, vacuum consumable arc melting, powder mixing and sintering. The company is not only the drafter and maker of industry standards and national standards, but also has been authorized and accepted nearly 100 invention patents in copper-chrome contact materials and copper-chrome series copper alloys. China's copper and aluminum processing industry has always been in the tracking and imitation stage, but when it comes to the parallel and leading stage, due to the lack of innovation system and mechanism, enterprises often do not know how to continue to develop. Sirui has made a good start for the industry in this respect. Sirui's key product, electrician contact, accounts for nearly 50% of the global share, and has won the trust of global giants such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider and Eaton. The product development is leading in the world, which is worthy of in-depth study and reference by peers.

     Secondly, copper processing industry chain extension, transformation of the model. At present, the copper processing industry is facing serious overcapacity and vicious competition. It is urgent to transform the industry, extend the industry chain and improve the competitiveness of the whole industry chain. From the research and development of copper alloy to the terminal products of different levels of demand, Sirui has achieved the ultimate, with very high technical content, and the competitiveness of the whole industry chain is leading in the world.      Fan Shunke, chairman of the board, put forward several suggestions for the future development of the company:

     (1) Firm the goal of listing. The capital market is the link that connects capital and industry. Especially in the context of difficult and expensive financing, we should step up the work of listing and open up the last mile with the capital market to make a solid foundation for corporate development;

     (2) Product positioning. It is suggested to extend the downstream utilization of copper alloy around the series of copper chromium, copper iron, copper manganese and copper titanium, highlight the main business of the company, accelerate the industrialization of new materials of copper chromium zirconium and copper iron, and increase efficiency in quantity to become the leading industry of the company;

     (3) Strengthen management innovation and continuously enhance the internal impetus of enterprises. The company already has the gene of innovation. In the future, the enterprise culture and equity design should be "striver oriented", and the business partnership system should be implemented in the enterprise, so as to build the internal impetus for the long-term development of the enterprise and strive to become the new "Huawei" in the field of materials.
