On July 17, 2017, the vacuum breaking technology application and quality seminar was held in Baoji city, Shaanxi Province. The conference was co-hosted by Xi 'an High Voltage Electrical Equipment Research Institute Co., LTD and High voltage Switch Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, and co-organized by Shaanxi Baoguang Group Co., LTD.

     The meeting was presided over by Zhou Huigao, deputy chief engineer of Xi 'an High Voltage Electrical Equipment Research Institute.
